1. Scope of Services

Absolute Repair LLC (“we,” “our,” or “us”) provides general repair, maintenance, and cleaning services as described in the agreed-upon estimate, work order, or service agreement. Services may include, but are not limited to, home repairs, carpentry, drywall, painting, minor plumbing, minor electrical, cleaning, and related labor.

We reserve the right to refuse work that is unsafe, non-compliant with code, or outside the scope of our licensing.

2. Estimates and Work Orders

All pricing is based on our written estimate or service agreement.

• Estimates are valid for 30 days from the date issued.

• Changes to the scope of work, additional materials, or unforeseen issues (such as hidden damage) may require a revised estimate or change order approved by the customer.

• Verbal or unsigned approvals will not be recognized as binding.

3. Materials and Labor

All materials and supplies will not be included in the total price unless otherwise stated.

If the customer provides materials, we are not responsible for their performance, quality, or warranty.

4. Payments

• Deposit: A deposit may be required before work begins.

• Balance: Final payment is due upon completion of work, unless otherwise stated.

• Accepted Payments: Cash or Cash App

• Late Payments: Balances unpaid after 10 days will incur a 1.5% monthly finance charge (18% annual).

Failure to pay as agreed may result in suspension of services or legal collection action.

5. Cancellations and Scheduling

Customers may cancel or reschedule service with at least 24 hours’ notice.
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled time may incur a $50 cancellation fee or reimbursement for materials already purchased.

We reserve the right to cancel or postpone services due to unsafe conditions, weather, supply issues, or other causes beyond our control.

6. Warranty and Workmanship Guarantee

We guarantee our workmanship for 30 days from the completion date.
If any covered issue arises within that period, we will return to correct it at no cost.

This warranty does not cover:

• Normal wear and tear

• Misuse, neglect, or damage caused by others

• Parts or materials provided by the customer

• Events beyond our control (weather, accidents, acts of nature)

All manufacturer warranties on materials or parts are limited to their stated terms.

7. Liability and Insurance

Absolute Repair LLC is fully licensed and insured in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.
We take every reasonable precaution to protect persons and property.

However, our liability for any claim, damage, or loss arising from work performed shall be limited to the amount paid for the specific service.
We are not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of income, property damage, or delays caused by external factors.

8. Access and Customer Responsibilities

The customer agrees to:

• Provide safe and timely access to the work site.

• Remove personal belongings and fragile items from the work area.

• Ensure utilities (electric, water, etc.) are available where required.

• Notify us of any known hazards, code issues, or previous work that could affect safety.

Failure to provide access or safe working conditions may result in rescheduling or additional charges.

9. Permits and Compliance

Certain repairs may require permits or code inspections depending on the nature of the work.
We will inform the customer if such permits are necessary.
Unless otherwise stated, obtaining and paying for any required permits or inspections is the customer’s responsibility.

All work will comply with applicable Pennsylvania and Westmoreland County building and safety codes.

10. Subcontractors

We may use qualified subcontractors to complete specific tasks (e.g., plumbing, electrical, or specialty trades).
All subcontractors working on behalf of Absolute Repair LLC are required to be properly licensed and insured.

11. Force Majeure

We are not liable for delays or failure to perform due to events beyond our reasonable control, including weather, labor shortages, supply issues, illness, or other unforeseen circumstances.
We will notify the customer as soon as possible and work to reschedule or adjust the project timeline.

12. Termination of Services

Either party may terminate this agreement in writing.
If termination occurs after work has begun, the customer will be billed for labor and materials up to the date of termination.
Deposits are non-refundable once materials have been ordered or work has commenced.

13. Dispute Resolution and Governing Law

This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.
Any disputes shall be resolved in the Court of Common Pleas of Westmoreland County, Pennsylvania.

Before filing suit, both parties agree to attempt good-faith resolution through communication or mediation.

14. Indemnification

The customer agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Absolute Repair LLC, its employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from the customer’s negligence, unsafe conditions, or misuse of property or equipment.

15. Entire Agreement

This document, along with any attached estimate, proposal, or work order, constitutes the entire agreement between Absolute Repair LLC and the customer.
No verbal statements or promises will modify these terms unless confirmed in writing and signed by both parties.

16. Severability

If any part of this agreement is found invalid or unenforceable, the remainder shall continue in full force and effect.

17. Acceptance

By hiring or authorizing Absolute Repair LLC to perform services, the customer acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
