What We Do
We specialize in getting work done fast, clean, and correctly. Our services cover:

- Cleaning: house cleaning, business/office cleaning, move-in/move-out, turnovers
- Carpet & Upholstery: deep cleaning, odor/stain treatment, heavy-soil options
- Moving Help: load/unload, in-home furniture moves, small labor packages
- Junk Removal: bulky items, cleanouts, rental trash-outs, haul-away
- Computer Work: setup, tune-ups, Wi-Fi/printers, smart TV setup
- Tree Cutbacks: brush/overgrowth removal, limb cutbacks (limits apply)
- Basement Sealing: interior / non-structural moisture sealing solutions
How We Price (Premium & Clear)
We use premium flat-fee pricing, not hourly rates. Pricing is based on scope, access, tools required, cleanup/disposal, and safety conditions — and the price is confirmed before work begins.
Service Fees
$75 residential • $100 commercial
Materials Policy
All materials are paid by the customer and billed at store cost + 25%.
Payment & Deposits
No checks accepted. Jobs over $500 may require 1/3 upfront.
Discount: 10% OFF is for new customers (labor only, one-time). Not valid on service fees, materials, or disposal.
