Non-structural interior repairs for homes and rentals. This includes small drywall patches, doors that won’t close properly, loose trim or baseboards, hardware changes, shelves, curtain rods, and other small fixes that do not require a permit or licensed trade contractor.
Cleaning designed for lived-in homes and rental properties. We offer standard upkeep, deep cleaning, and move-in / move-out cleaning based on the real condition of your space – not flat “per room” or “per square foot” charts.
We provide low-moisture carpet cleaning only – no steam extraction. Our focus is light to moderate soil, basic deodorizing, and spot treatment where possible. We do not over-promise results for severe damage or deep staining.
Small-load junk removal for homes and rentals. Ideal for clearing out a room, a small batch of furniture, boxes, or bagged trash. We stay within safe lifting and hauling limits and follow local disposal rules.
Limited appliance and tech services that fit within handyman rules and safety. Examples include basic appliance help, small part swaps when safe, phone/tablet/laptop services, and TV / streaming setup. Jobs are accepted case by case.
Custom combined visits for repairs, cleaning, carpet care, and junk removal, plus VIP-style options for repeat customers. Every package is still individually estimated; we do not sell flat-fee bundles.
