Our junk removal and light hauling service is designed for everyday household clutter – not construction demolition or hazardous waste. All jobs are sized to fit our vehicle, equipment, and safety limits.

Safety & Legal Considerations
All junk removal is subject to legal disposal rules, weight limits, and safety. If we believe something cannot be safely lifted, transported, or legally dumped, we will decline that portion of the job and explain your options.
We reserve the right to refuse any item or load that appears unsafe, illegal, or beyond the physical capacity of our vehicle and equipment.

If we arrive and the load is significantly larger or different thanshown in the photos, we pause, explain, and discuss an updated estimate before moving forward.
Estimates are good-faith approximations based on what you share. We do not guess at loads that belong to heavy-hauling, hazardous waste, or large demo services.
How to Prepare for a Junk Removal Visit
A little preparation makes junk removal faster, safer, and more cost-effective for you.
Before We Arrive
- Group items together as much as practical
- Clearly separate items you want to keep from those to be removed
- Ensure we have clear paths through hallways, stairs, and doorways
- Make sure vehicles can access your driveway or curb area when possible
On the Day of Removal
When we arrive, we’ll confirm the load matches your photos and estimate. If you point out extra items or changes, we’ll let you know whether they can be added and what that means for the price and time.
For safety, we may decline to remove items from unsafe attic spaces, unstable structures, or areas with severe hazards.
What “Light Hauling” Means
We provide light hauling for small loads only – not full moving services, not heavy construction hauling, and not long-distance freight.
