One-Time Handyman & Cleaning Packages – Custom Bundles for Your Home
Absolute Repair LLC offers one-time handyman and cleaning “packages” that are built around your actual home, photos, and priorities. These are custom service bundles, not cookie-cutter flat-fee specials. We do not post “$X whole house” charts and we do not sell open-ended hourly “time blocks.”
Every package starts with AI-assisted photo estimates, so the work list and price are tailored to your rooms, your repairs, and your level of cleaning – not just a generic list that may or may not fit your home.

Important: “Packages” are custom service bundles based on written estimates. We do not guarantee a fixed list of tasks at one public price for every home.
How Our One-Time Packages Really Work
When we say “one-time package,” we mean one scheduled visit (or planned set of visits) where we combine handyman repairs and cleaning tasks into a single, written scope for your home. This is about convenience and planning, not about selling you a mysterious flat-fee deal.

You send photos & priorities.
Text photos of the rooms and repairs you care about most, with your name, address, and a short list of what matters to you (for example: walls fixed, baseboards cleaned, carpets freshened). -
We use AI-assisted tools to build a bundle.
We use AI-assisted photo review plus experience in real homes to group tasks into a single one-time project that makes sense for your space and budget. -
You get a written “package” estimate.
We send a written estimate that clearly lists which handyman tasks and which cleaning tasks are included, along with the projected cost or cost range. -
We schedule the one-time visit(s) and complete the work.
Once you approve the bundle and pay any required deposit, we put you on the schedule and complete the agreed tasks during the planned visit(s).
Every home is different. Packages are built to match your photos and priorities, not a “one-size-fits-all” chart.

A single visit focused on high-impact touchups for lived-in homes.

The exact rooms and tasks are chosen from your photos and written into your estimate.
“Move-Out / Move-In Reset” Package
For rentals or homes changing occupants and needing a
- Handyman touch-ups (holes patched, trim caulked where reasonable)
- General cleaning of kitchen, baths, and main living areas
- Low-moisture carpet cleaning in key rooms (no steam)
Heavy damage, major repairs, and deep restoration work are priced separately or referred to other providers.
“Landlord Turnover” Package
Designed for small landlords needing a
- Reasonable handyman fixes (within non-permit limits)
- Standard move-out style cleaning of selected rooms
- Optional low-moisture carpet cleaning in agreed areas
Commercial-scale projects, major renovations, or code-driven upgrades may require other contractors.
What One-Time Packages Do NOT Include
There are limits to what a one-time handyman & cleaning package can realistically cover. Your estimate will spell out exactly what is included, but as a general rule we do not include:
- Major structural work, large remodels, or projects requiring building permits
- Roofing, full electrical rewiring, major plumbing, or HVAC system repairs
- Hazardous waste cleanup, severe biohazards, or large hoarding cleanouts
- Steam carpet cleaning or water extraction – we only offer low-moisture cleaning
- Guaranteed “top-to-bottom” deep cleans for every surface in large properties under one simple price
If your needs clearly require a licensed trade contractor, specialized cleaning team, or large restoration company, we will tell you rather than trying to squeeze it into a one-time bundle.

Deposits, Scheduling & Payment for One-Time Packages
Most one-time handyman & cleaning packages require a deposit to hold your date. That deposit is applied toward your total and helps us reserve labor and time just for you.
- The deposit amount is clearly shown on your estimate or invoice.
- Remaining balance is usually due when the package work is substantially completed.
- Payments are typically made electronically (for example, via Cash App at $Handymanpa).
- Rescheduling, cancellations, and no-show rules follow our general Scheduling & Payments policies.
