VIP Plans – Custom Project Budget Levels for Absolute Repair LLC
Our VIP Plans are budget levels designed to help homeowners in Greensburg & Westmoreland County plan larger projects with clear dollar amounts up front – while still keeping every job based on AI photo estimates and a written scope.
These VIP Plans are not flat-fee “all you can get” menus and not hourly time blocks. Each level is a target project budget. We design a custom mix of handyman repairs, cleaning, low-moisture carpet, junk removal, and small tech/appliance help to fit within that VIP budget after reviewing your photos and priorities.

Important: Each VIP Plan is a budget level. The actual services and amount of work are defined only in your written AI-photo-based estimate and any payment agreement for that plan.
How VIP Plans Work (Step by Step)
VIP Plans are meant for customers who want to say, “This is my budget, build me the best project you can inside that number,” without playing guessing games. We still follow our normal AI-estimate system:
- You pick a VIP budget level (250, 500, 1000, 1500, or 2000 dollars).
- You text photos of your home/repairs and tell us your priorities.
- We run AI-assisted photo review and plan what can realistically be done inside that budget.
- We send you a written VIP estimate that lists the specific tasks and any notes/limits.
- You approve & pay any required deposit, then we schedule and complete the VIP project as described.
VIP Plans do not guarantee unlimited work. They are custom projects designed to fit a specific dollar amount based on your photos and our written scope.

VIP LEVEL 5
VIP Plan 5 – $2,000 Budget
Our highest VIP budget level, designed for multi-room or more involved projects.
- Target project budget: $2,000.00
- Ideal for combining several repairs, cleaning, carpet, and junk removal in one plan
- Scope is custom-built from your photos and written priorities
Not a flat-fee menu. Work included depends on your home, AI photo estimate, and written scope.
VIP LEVEL 4
VIP Plan 4 – $1,500 Budget
A strong mid–high level budget suitable for bigger refreshes or more complex combos.
- Target project budget: $1,500.00
- Great for a mix of repairs in several rooms plus cleaning or low-moisture carpet
- Built from your photos, no flat “per room” promises
Tasks are selected and written into your VIP estimate. Actual work depends on real conditions and AI review.
VIP LEVEL 3
VIP Plan 3 – $1,000 Budget
A popular choice for a focused but meaningful upgrade in key areas.
- Target project budget: $1,000.00
- Often used for a full “refresh” of one priority area plus extra touchups
- Scope is defined line-by-line in your written VIP estimate
Not an “all you can get for $1000” deal. We fit as much quality work as we reasonably can into this budget.
VIP LEVEL 2
VIP Plan 2 – $500 Budget
A good level for targeted repairs or a smaller combined project.
- Target project budget: $500.00
- Great for one main problem area plus a few smaller items, if the photos and estimate allow
- Tasks are chosen to fit inside this budget once we see your home
Amount and type of work depend on actual conditions shown in your photos and confirmed on-site.
VIP LEVEL 1
VIP Plan 1 – $250 Budget
Our entry VIP level, aimed at small but important projects or first-time tests.
- Target project budget: $250.00
- Best for a short list of smaller tasks or a single focused area
- We design a realistic scope that fits your photos and budget
There will always be a written estimate so you know exactly what fits into this $250 budget for your home.
Deposits, Payment Plans & VIP Projects
VIP projects may involve deposits and, for some customers, potential payment plan options, depending on your history and the size of the project.
- The required deposit (if any) will be listed on your VIP estimate.
- Deposits are usually applied toward your total VIP budget.
- Remaining balance is typically due when the VIP work is substantially complete.
- Payment plans, if offered, are documented in a separate written payment agreement.
In your payment note, include: name, address, and “VIP Plan _” (for example: VIP Plan 3 – $1000) so we apply it correctly.
What VIP Plans Do NOT Include
To keep expectations realistic and legally clear, VIP Plans do not automatically include:
- Any work requiring building permits or major structural changes
- Licensed trades work beyond typical handyman limits (major electrical, gas, HVAC, large plumbing)
- Hazardous waste cleanup or extreme biohazard/hoarding situations
- “Unlimited” cleaning or repairs over any time period
- Guaranteed whole-house makeovers for one flat price regardless of conditions
