Our business model is based on AI-assisted photo estimates, written scopes of work, and clear policies. We do not publish flat-fee “all homes” menus, and we do not sell open-ended hourly “time blocks.” Every job is custom, based on your photos and real conditions.

1. Definitions

Absolute Repair LLC operates as a handyman and home-services business in Pennsylvania. We focus on jobs that are appropriate for a handyman-type provider and do not act as a general contractor for major construction or large-scale trade work.

In particular, you understand and agree that:

  • We generally handle minor to moderate repairs, maintenance, cosmetic work, cleaning, and light hauling.
  • We do not pull building permits or assume responsibility for major structural, foundational, or large remodel projects.
  • We do not perform complex or high-risk Electrical, Plumbing, Gas, or HVAC work that clearly requires a licensed trade contractor.
  • We do not handle hazardous materials, large-scale biohazard/hazard cleanup, or extreme hoarding situations.

If your project obviously requires permits, specialty licensing, or major structural work, we will either refer you to a more appropriate provider or politely decline the job.

3. AI Photo Estimates & No Flat-Fee Menus

Our pricing is based on AI-assisted photo estimates and written scope of work. This means:

  • You send us photos and a description of what you want done.
  • We use AI tools and real-world experience to review your images.
  • We prepare a written estimate describing the proposed work and projected cost or cost range.

You understand and agree that:

  • We do not offer public flat-fee room charts (“$X per room,” “$X per hole,” etc.).
  • We do not sell open-ended hourly “time blocks” (“3 hours of handyman” with no specific scope).
  • All pricing is connected to a job-specific written estimate created from your photos and information.
  • Hidden or undisclosed issues may require an estimate update once we see conditions in person.

AI is a tool. It does not replace human judgment, on-site inspection, or common sense. All estimates are good-faith approximations, not guaranteed final totals until conditions are confirmed.

4. Scheduling, Deposits & Payments

Many jobs require a deposit before your appointment is officially reserved. The amount and timing of any deposit will be stated on your estimate, invoice, or payment plan agreement.

By paying a deposit, you agree that:

  • You have read the estimate and understand the scope, approximate cost, and key notes.
  • You accept any deposit requirements, refund rules, and cancellation terms referenced in your paperwork and on the website.
  • Your appointment is considered booked only when the required deposit is received and confirmed by us.

5. Cancellations, Refunds & No-Shows

Cancellations and refunds are handled according to our separate Refund & Cancellation Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. In general:

  • Reasonable advance notice may allow us to reschedule or partially refund deposits.
  • Last-minute cancellations or no-shows may result in deposits being treated as non-refundable fees.
  • We may charge additional trip or cancellation fees if we have already traveled or turned down other work.

Your written estimate, invoice, and any payment plan agreement may contain specific cancellation and refund terms that apply to your particular job. Those written terms control in case of any difference with this summary.

6. Payment Plans

Payment plans are optional, case-by-case arrangements for certain approved customers and jobs. They are governed by a separate Payment Plan Agreement, which you must sign before any plan is active.

You understand and agree that:

  • Payment plans are not guaranteed and may be denied at our discretion.
  • Payment plans do not change the total amount owed for the agreed scope of work.
  • Missed or late payments may result in pauses in work, plan cancellation, and the remaining balance being declared due.

The terms written in your Payment Plan Agreement (if any) will control how your plan works, including dates, amounts, and any late consequences.

7. Warranties & Limitations

Our work may be covered by a limited workmanship warranty as described in our separate Warranty Policy and in your written estimate or invoice. We do not offer lifetime or unlimited warranties.

You understand and agree that:

  • Our warranty (if any) is limited to workmanship on the specific work we performed.
  • We do not warrant pre-existing conditions, structural issues, or problems beyond our control.
  • We are not the manufacturer of materials, and manufacturer defects are not our responsibility.
  • Cleaning and carpet results depend on starting conditions; stains or wear may not fully disappear.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent allowed by applicable law, Absolute Repair LLC and its owners, workers, and helpers are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or relating to the use of our website or services.
