Terms of Service

• Residential-only; no commercial work.
• No-permit scope—permit-required tasks excluded.
• For qualifying home-improvement jobs, we provide HICPA-compliant agreements. PA HIC #: PA178986.
• $75 deposit to schedule; materials paid upfront with itemized list/receipts.
• Remaining balance equals labor total after completion and approval.
• Tax: Cleaning & carpet care labor taxable at 6%; device repair labor taxable at 6%; handyman labor to real property is not sales-taxed to the homeowner (we pay tax on materials).
• 30-day workmanship warranty on handyman labor; manufacturer warranties pass through on parts.
• One discount per job (coupon or VIP).
• Payment: Cash or Cash App only.
• No hazardous remediation (mold, asbestos, lead) and no gas lines/roofing/structural.
