Pricing & AI Photo Estimates – How Absolute Repair LLC Sets Fair Prices
Absolute Repair LLC does not use public flat-fee price menus and does not sell open-ended hourly “time blocks.” Every job is priced using a custom written estimate created from your photos, description, and address with help from AI-assisted image tools and real experience in Greensburg and Westmoreland County homes.
We believe your price should be based on your actual space and situation, not a random number from a chart that doesn’t match your rooms, repairs, or level of cleaning. That’s why every project starts with AI photo estimates instead of “$X per room” or “$X per hour” gimmicks.
- No flat-fee menus posted online for repairs, cleaning, carpet, junk, etc.
- No open-ended hourly blocks like “3 hours of handyman” with no clear scope.
- Yes: written estimates built from AI-reviewed photos and your priorities.
Important: Your final price is always tied to a written estimate created from AI photo review, your description, and on-site confirmation – never from a random flat-fee list.
Why We Do NOT Post Flat-Fee Charts or Hourly “Time Blocks”
A single flat price posted on the internet can be misleading. Two homes with the same “3 rooms” can be different in age, size, damage, furniture, stains, or access. Hourly “time block” offers can be just as confusing if nobody knows how much work really fits into those hours.
- No flat-fee room charts: We don’t advertise “$X per room” for handyman or cleaning.
- No flat-fee junk loads: We don’t sell “$X per truckload” without seeing your photos first.
- No vague hourly deals: We don’t say “3 hours of work” and leave you guessing what gets done.
Instead, we use AI-assisted photo estimates to tailor each project to the real work in front of us, and we put that in writing before you commit.
How Our AI Photo Estimates Work – Step by Step
We use photos + AI tools + local experience to create every estimate. The process looks like this:
-
Step 1 – You send photos & info.
Text clear photos of the area, item, or problem to 878-786-0091, along with: your full name, service address, and a short description of what you want done. -
Step 2 – AI-assisted image review.
We run your photos through AI-assisted tools that help us read room size, visible damage, stains, clutter levels, and other details. The AI does not replace judgment – it simply helps us see more from the images. -
Step 3 – We apply real-world experience.
We combine the AI’s help with our own experience in Westmoreland County homes to estimate how much time, material, and difficulty your job realistically involves. -
Step 4 – You receive a written estimate.
We send you a written estimate that explains: what we plan to do, any important limits, and the projected cost or cost range. -
Step 5 – On-site confirmation.
When we arrive, we confirm that the real conditions match your photos. If hidden problems or big differences show up, we pause, explain, and update the plan with your permission before continuing.
Estimates are good-faith approximations based on what you share. If your photos hide major damage or conditions, your estimate may need to change after an on-site inspection.
What We Need from Your Photos
The better your photos, the better your estimate. Think of it as helping us “stand in your shoes” before we even drive out to your home.
- Wide shots of each room or area (show floor, walls, furniture, and walkways).
- Close-ups of repairs (holes, cracks, stains, broken trim, damaged fixtures, etc.).
- Lighting: Turn on lights or open curtains so details can be seen clearly.
- Special situations: Stairs, tight spaces, pets, or unusual access – take a photo.
- Text description: Tell us what you care about most (repairs, cleaning, quick refresh, etc.).
You can also tell us your priority list: for example, “living room repairs first, then bedroom cleaning if there is time and budget left.”
How Pricing Works by Service Type
We use the same AI photo estimate system across all of our service categories, but each category has its own realities. Here’s how we think about pricing for each area.
Handyman Repair
Small to medium repairs (within legal handyman limits) are priced by:
- Size and complexity of damage
- Accessibility and safety (ladders, tight spaces, etc.)
- Materials needed and prep/cleanup time
We do not advertise “one price fits all” repair charts, because every job is different.
Home Cleaning & Low-Moisture Carpet
Cleaning and low-moisture carpet (no steam) are priced by:
- Number of rooms and total area visible in your photos
- Level of soil, clutter, or buildup seen
- Furniture and obstacles to work around
We do not post “$X per room” charts. Your estimate is tailored to your actual rooms.
Junk Removal & Tech / Small Appliance
Pricing is based on:
- Volume, weight, and access (for junk and light hauling)
- Type of items (no hazardous waste or restricted items)
- Complexity and feasibility (for tech / small appliance work)
We do not post “$X per truckload” or “$X per device” menus because every situation is different.
Pricing for One-Time Handyman & Cleaning Packages
Our one-time packages combine multiple tasks into a single project – but they are still priced from AI photo estimates, not from a public “one price” list.
- We review photos of your rooms, repairs, and priority list.
- We group tasks into a custom one-time project (for example: “One-Day Refresh,” “Move-Out Reset,” etc.).
- We send you a written estimate explaining exactly what is included and how much it should cost.
If you want more work than fits into your initial package, we can always create a separate estimate for additional visits or larger projects.
How Deposits & Payments Connect to Pricing
Your deposit and final payment are always tied to the written estimate and any approved changes, not to guesswork.
- The deposit amount will be clearly listed on your estimate or invoice.
- Deposits are used to reserve your time slot and are usually applied to your total.
- Remaining balance is normally due when the work is substantially completed.
- Payments are typically made electronically via Cash App – $Handymanpa.
Honesty About Changes, Limits & Hidden Problems
Sometimes hidden issues appear after we start: rotten wood behind siding, extra damage behind furniture, or stains that go deeper than the surface. When this happens, we do not just guess or keep going quietly.
- We pause the job and explain what we found.
- We discuss whether it changes the time, materials, or safety of the work.
- We adjust the estimate with your permission before taking on extra work.
- If something is outside our legal or safety limits, we tell you and may refer you out.
Good pricing is about communication. If your job changes, your estimate may too – but we will explain why and let you decide what to approve.
Pricing & AI Photo Estimate – Quick Q&A
Do you have a price list you can send?
We do not use a public flat-fee price list. We only price from photos + description + address, with AI-assisted tools and a written estimate sent to you.
Can I just pay you by the hour until I run out of money?
We do not sell open-ended hourly “time blocks” as our main model. We want clear scope and clear pricing from a written estimate so you know what is being done and why.
What if I only need a tiny job?
Even small jobs can be estimated from photos. Some very small tasks may have a minimum charge or may be bundled with other work to make the trip worthwhile. We will explain that up front.
Can AI make mistakes?
Yes – which is why we use AI as a tool, not as the boss. We always combine AI with real-world experience and on-site confirmation. If your photos were unclear, we may ask for more or adjust after we arrive.
